Account credit terms

Paid account credit

Money loaded into your Funny Pets NYC LLC account is paid credit in US dollars for Funny Pets services. Paid credit does not expire. There are no activation, reload, maintenance, inactivity, or redemption fees. Service prices and applicable taxes are separate from account credit.

Rewards and promotions

Complimentary promotional credit and DogCoins are recorded separately from paid credit. Promotional account credit currently has no expiration. A service-specific coupon or reward may have its own clearly disclosed eligibility and expiration. A promotion ending never removes your paid dollars. Terms already issued will not be changed retroactively.

Cash redemption and refunds

You may request the cash value of an eligible remaining paid balance below $5 through Finance or by contacting our team. Complimentary promotional value is not cash. Older or unclassified credits are reviewed against their original purchase records; classification does not remove your rights. Contact us for other refund requests. Refunds of a load are reconciled with the corresponding paid account value, with no redemption fee.

Service charges

Booking and payment are separate. Applicable service rates, estimates, cancellation conditions, and any fee must be disclosed before you agree to a booking. These account-credit terms do not authorize a new cancellation fee or a charge to a saved card.

Account access and records

Your account identifies your credit. Keep purchase receipts and protect your sign-in details. For lost access, balance corrections, replacements, or refund questions contact hello@funnypets.nyc. We verify ownership before restoring access or releasing funds. Nothing here waives your statutory rights or changes warranties or terms already issued.

Unclaimed funds

Inactivity does not make your paid balance our income. Funds subject to applicable unclaimed-property law may need to be reported and transferred to the appropriate state authority after review. This is not a merchant expiration fee.

Avoid prepaid-credit scams

Only buy Funny Pets credit for Funny Pets services. Do not buy credit at the direction of someone demanding payment of a debt, fine, or emergency. If you suspect a scam, stop the payment and contact our team and your payment provider promptly.
